Refund policy

At Angel's Delights, every item is handcrafted and personalised to your specifications. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The item arrives faulty or damaged, or

  • There is an error in the personalisation or design that was made by us.


Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Email us at angelsdelightsedin@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos showing the problem

We may ask you to return the faulty item before issuing a refund or replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised/personalised items (unless faulty)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect care

  • Orders with personalisation errors submitted by the customer


📦 Damaged in Transit

If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, and may assist in filing a claim with the courier if needed.
