Welcome to Angel's Delights. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website www.angelsdelights.co.uk or through our Facebook page. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.


1. Our Products

All of our gifts are bespoke and personalised, made to order by hand. Please double-check all customisation details (e.g. names, dates, spellings) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Due to the handcrafted and personalised nature of our products:

  • Slight variations in colour, layout, or materials may occur.

  • Product photos are for illustrative purposes; final items may differ slightly.


2. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • We accept payments through our website’s secure checkout via Shopify.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

If you require a rush order, please contact us before placing your order via email at angelsdelightsedin@gmail.com or through Facebook Messenger. We will do our best to accommodate requests depending on our workload.


3. Production and Dispatch Times

Each item is custom made. Our standard processing time is 3–14 business days before dispatch. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us first to confirm availability.


4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship across the UK using Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD, depending on the item and delivery option selected at checkout.

  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for postal delays once an order has been dispatched.

  • If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, we will assist with tracking or claims where possible.


5. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order and personalised, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the following cases:

  • The item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

  • There was a mistake made by us in the personalisation or design.

If you believe your order is eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Email angelsdelightsedin@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

We reserve the right to request the return of any faulty item before issuing a replacement or refund.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, designs, and branding — is the property of Angel's Delights and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written permission.


7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.


8. Privacy and Data Protection

We only collect personal data necessary to process and fulfill your order. Your information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
