Processing Times

  • All items are made to order.

  • Our typical production time is 3–14 business days before dispatch.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the size of your order or during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day).

📦 UK Shipping

We currently ship across the UK using:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri (formerly Hermes)

  • DPD

The courier used may depend on the size, weight, and urgency of your order.


💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery location (UK mainland, Highlands, etc.)

  • Order size and weight

  • Chosen delivery speed

You will see all available options and costs during checkout.


📍 Tracking & Notifications

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (where available).

  • If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office before contacting us.


🚫 Delays

We are not responsible for postal or courier delays once your item has been handed over to the carrier. However, we’re happy to help you chase up any delayed parcels.


📦 Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll assist you in:

  • Locating the package

  • Filing a claim with the courier, if needed

Lost parcels will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the courier’s tracking and claim process.


📬 Local Delivery or Collection

We currently do not offer local delivery but can accept in-person collection if living locally.
